Adaire's involvement in MMA began 10 years ago wanting to
learn self-defense as an effort to recover from an abusive
relationship.

she also gained tremendous knowledge by training with
professional fighters and coaches; Leading her to fall in
love with the technicality, communication and
entertainment of the sport.

and media. Recognized as an international Super Model, she has been Published in numerous magazines including Vogue, and also earned her eligibility as a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
She is also licensed and certified in numerous brain and behavioral sciences that brought her to her unique developmental and mental training company, Entertainment Mindframe as seen in Forbes. Adaire's expertise in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, & body language allows her to bring the world of combat a rare perspective.
