My name is Denise. I was born and raised in Dallas TX. I am a mother of 6 (3 of these are my step kids but I love and treat them like my own). I am also engaged. I’m a full time artist. I have my own studio in Dallas which I host events out of. I’ve been a full time artist for about 6 years now. I have a passion for art and I have a passion for people. I don’t have a college degree, everything I have learned has been self taught. Experience has been the best teacher. Before becoming a full time artist I bounced around from job to job. I was a receptionist at a school, I was a waitress, I worked in call centers but I didn’t have a passion for any of that. I’ve come a long way but still have some ways to go.
