Sarah Badran is a multi-dimensional entrepreneur who has over 10+ years of music industry, digital marketing, promotions and event production experience. Working with some of the top industry brands and entities throughout her career, she mostly prides herself on building up the local arts community in her hometown of Dallas, Texas.
She got her start in event production working for several boutique hotels including The W Victory Park and Hotel Zaza serving under their PR and Events department. From there she became a Director for RAW artists, an international arts organization and directed over 25 showcases featuring over 1000+ artists of all types over the span of 3 years.
By 2016 she created her own Events and PR company called Creative Currency, which she currently runs. Through her company she has produced over 150 events including festivals, concerts, conferences,fashion shows and more! She also served as the VP for a regional promotions company who routed and produced shows for Nipsey Hussle, Ashanti, Ginuwine, Mario, Dave East, Joyner Lucas and more. Currently she serves as a regional promotions manager for Universal Music Group and its subsidiary Def Jam Records.
